Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is tucked away down a little side street, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the bustling action of Chiang Mai. The rooms, although quite basic and located at the end of the corridor, provide a Spartan but functional space for relaxation. The friendly service ensures a hassle-free stay, although the location might not be ideal for solo explorations. The dining options, while varied in the evening, may feel somewhat limited during the day.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean with separate shower areas and toilets, but the lack of windows in the main room made it quite dark. The service was a bit hit-and-miss as the staff were unorganized and lacking in communication skills, although they did try to accommodate our requests. The location was good, tucked away in a quiet side road between the Old City and the Night Bazaar, offering a pleasant place to relax. The dining options were varied, but the service could be improved. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the facilities provided.
